Acceptance of Terms

These Terms and Conditions constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("User") and new1b ("Platform"). This document, together with our Privacy Policy and Responsible Gambling Policy, forms the legal framework governing use of the new1b website, the services offered, and all transactions carried out on it.

By accessing, registering, logging in to or using any part of the new1b platform — whether via a web browser, mobile application or any other means — you confirm that you have read, understood and agreed to comply with these terms in full.

Account Registration

Each user is only permitted to have one active account at any one time. Accounts on behalf of others, group accounts or corporate accounts are not permitted unless written approval has been granted by new1b management.

• All information provided during registration — including name, date of birth, mobile number, email address and bank account details — must be accurate, complete and kept up to date.
• Users are fully responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of their account username and password.
• Any unauthorised access to your account must be reported to our customer support team within 24 hours.
• new1b reserves the right to request identity verification documents at any time, including a copy of your identity card (MyKad) or other supporting documents, to meet our compliance requirements.

The use of automated software, bots or any other unauthorised methods to register or access an account is strictly prohibited and may result in account termination without notice.

Deposits and Withdrawals

new1b supports a range of secure deposit and withdrawal methods, including Touch 'n Go eWallet, DuitNow, online banking via FPX, Boost, ShopeePay, and cryptocurrencies such as USDT, BTC and ETH. All transactions are processed in Malaysian Ringgit (RM) or the equivalent in cryptocurrency at the current rate.

• Minimum deposit: RM50 for all payment methods.
• Minimum withdrawal: RM100 for all payment methods.
• Withdrawal processing time: Usually completed within 1 hour from the time the request is approved.

Deposits may only be made into an account held in the name of the registered user. new1b does not accept deposits from third parties. Likewise, withdrawals will only be processed to an account or digital wallet in the name of the same registered user.

If there is any suspicion of fraud or money laundering, new1b reserves the right to suspend any withdrawal until an internal investigation is completed. Decisions made by new1b management in such matters are final.

Bonuses and Promotions

new1b offers various promotions from time to time. All bonuses are subject to wagering requirements that must be met before any bonus funds or winnings derived from bonus funds may be withdrawn.

Welcome Bonus: new1b offers a 100% welcome bonus on the first deposit, up to a maximum of RM300. This bonus carries a wagering requirement of 15 times the bonus amount received.

• Example: Deposit RM100 → Bonus RM100 → Balance RM200 → Wagering required: RM100 × 15 = RM1,500
• Example: Deposit RM800 → Bonus RM300 → Balance RM1,100 → Wagering required: RM300 × 15 = RM4,500

Bonus abuse — including the use of multiple accounts to obtain bonuses, hedge betting, or strategies clearly intended to circumvent wagering requirements — will result in the cancellation of bonuses and possible account termination. Each promotion may have a time limit, game restrictions or additional conditions that will be stated when the promotion is launched.

User Responsibilities and Conduct

Users agree to use the new1b platform responsibly and in accordance with all stated terms. The following are strictly prohibited:

• Creating more than one account or assisting others in doing so.
• Using third-party software, bots, automation or any tool that provides an unfair advantage in gameplay.
• Attempting to hack, disrupt or manipulate the new1b platform systems.
• Using an account for money laundering or financing illegal activities.
• Providing false information during registration or identity verification.
• Transferring funds or credits between user accounts.

• new1b is not responsible for any issues arising from failures of the user's device, web browser, or internet connection.
• If a technical error occurs that affects game results, new1b reserves the right to void the affected game round and return the original bet.
• Game results are determined by a certified random number generator (RNG) and are final.

Account Termination and Restrictions

new1b reserves the right to suspend or terminate any user account with or without prior notice in the following circumstances:

• Violation of any provision in these Terms and Conditions.
• Confirmation that the user is under 21 years of age.
• False information provided during registration or identity verification.
• Fraud, attempted money laundering, or other illegal activities.
• A self-exclusion request by the user.

Once an account is terminated for legitimate reasons, the user's cash balance (excluding bonus funds) will be processed for withdrawal within a reasonable period. However, if an account is terminated due to fraud or illegal activity, new1b reserves the right to withhold all funds in that account until the investigation is concluded.

Users whose accounts are terminated for reasons unrelated to terms violations may contact customer support for further clarification and the possibility of an appeal.

Amendments to Terms and Conditions
